I had a great value for my money at Mabuhay Manor. The room was spacious and the bathroom provided hot water. The location was convenient, close to the airport and SM Baclaran. The staff were courteous and attentive, and I especially appreciated the free shuttle service to MOA.
The morning meal could be improved by using a different type of oil for cooking the fries.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at the Mabuhay Manor. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a functioning kitchenette and comfortable sofa bed. The location was convenient, close to the airport and accessible to major roads. But what really stood out was the warm and friendly staff, who made us feel at home throughout our stay.
One small improvement that could be made to the breakfast option is to serve the food more quickly. While the restaurant at the hotel offered tasty dishes, there were times when we had to wait for quite a while before our food was served.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, being close to both the airport and the Mall of Asia. Upon arrival, the staff at The Mabuhay Manor made me feel incredibly welcome and were always courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the relaxing pool and poolside bar. The outdoor restaurant had a great selection of freshly prepared delicacies, and I even had a relaxing massage during my stay. The free breakfast buffet was a highlight, with many local food favorites to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable amenities.

Very friendly staff, central location, comfortable bed
Old-fashioned furniture, mediocre, but always anxious breakfast, windows and light in rooms out of order or rarely in place.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities provided. The staff were attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms, although with very basic furnishings, were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the breakfast included a variety of Filipino dishes which were delicious and satisfying.
My stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We have been staying in the Mabuhay Manor for many years now. We recommend it to our friends coming over to visit us. We appreciate the recognition we receive as pastors and we are always well treated by all the staff. I like have the Christian music at breakfast time and also being able to use the facilities available for prayer and even services there. As I am a retired US military person, it is convenient for me for going to the VA medical center and seems close to other needs as well.
Would be nice to offer more food options for menu of room service. The breakfast menu is great so maybe some new items also added there would make it excellent.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for my business trip. They offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which helped me save money on a taxi. The room was spacious enough for my luggage and they provided free Wi-Fi, which was helpful for my work needs.
The neighborhood was not very clean, and there were quite a few bugs flying around the hallways. The room decor and linens were very old and worn out, making it look dingy.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bustling market and easy to reach by bus or taxi. Despite being situated in a tight alley, the rooms are surprisingly quiet and offer comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is decent and the staff are generally helpful.
The noise from the window air conditioners can be bothersome at times.
